Former Villanova head coach Jay Wright won't be coaching during the 2022-23 college basketball season, but he'll still be front-and-center for some of the biggest games.

According to Andrew Marchand of The New York Post,
Wright recently retired from Villanova, where he had been the coach since 2001-02. Under his watch, Villanova went 520-197 (.725) and reached the Final Four on four occasions. Wright guided the Wildcats to two National Championship victories (2016-17 and 2018-19) during his extended run at the helm of the program.
It's unclear what the 60-year-old's future as a coach is, but even if he never coaches another game, he's already been inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
