Stuck in quarantine? Need some food ideas? Preferably something EASY? Well I have JUST the recipe for you, and I can almost bet you have 90% of the ingredients already in your fridge.
Start with a muffin pan, grease that baby up.
Add WHATEVER you want into the pan....I used spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and turkey bacon.
Then, fill to the top with scrambled eggs (i added lots of cheese)
Bake in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes. (I went a little longer at 30 just to make sure the bottoms were cooked thru, and TA-DAAAA! Simple, easy, healthy(ish), and DELICIOUS!!
