- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups of water
Crust
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 4 to 5 tablespoons ice cold water
- 9 inch greased pie plate
Bake at 375 f for 30 to 45 minutes
