Bears to sign quarterback Trevor Siemian to 2-year deal


(670 The Score) The Bears will sign quarterback Trevor Siemian to a two-year deal, his agent said Thursday night.

Siemian, 30, is a seven-year NFL veteran who played for the Saints last season. He played collegiately at Northwestern.

Siemian has completed 58.9% of his passes with 41 touchdowns and 27 interceptions in 33 career games. He threw for 1,154 yards, 11 touchdowns and three interceptions in six games for New Orleans in 2021.

The Bears' depth chart now features four quarterbacks: Justin Fields, Nick Foles, Ryan Willis and Siemian.

The Bears haven't yet made the signing of Siemian official.
