Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer will not face any criminal charges from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office for sexual assault allegations against him, stemming from two separate incidents with the same woman, according to multiple reports.
Bauer could still face potential discipline from Major League Baseball, where he has been on administrative leave since July 2.

MLB is conducting its own internal investigation and is expected to conclude once they interview Bauer. The league released a statement on Tuesday that its investigation is ongoing and “we will comment further at the appropriate time.”
Bauer, 30, was accused of having rough sex with the alleged victim, who claimed she was left with bumps, bruises, scratches and other injuries from her two encounters with the Cy Young Award-winning pitcher in April and May 2021.
Bauer has denied he had done nothing wrong and that the encounter was consensual.
In August, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied the alleged victim’s request for a permanent restraining order against Bauer. The accuser previously had a temporary restraining order filed against Bauer which was also dissolved at the time.
Eight days later, the Pasadena Police Department presented its investigation into the allegations against Bauer to the DA, where the case has remained until now.
