Young scored 56 points and added 14 assists on 17-for-26 shooting. His 56 points set a new career high for his young four-year career in Atlanta.

The Hawks lost to the Portland Trail Blazers 136-131 Monday night on the road, but Young's scoring output was special in a losing effort.
