CLEVELAND, Ohio (92.3 The Fan) – The Cleveland Browns are in the midst of yet another offseason of change.
New head coach Kevin Stefanski and the team are still searching for their next general manager as the Senior Bowl takes place this week in Mobile, Alabama.
Here’s a list of other key dates this offseason for the Browns and rest of the NFL.
Feb. 24-March 2: NFL Combine
Feb. 25: Franchise/transition tags can be applied
March 10: Deadline for franchise/transition tags to be applied
March 16-18: Legal free agency tampering period
March 18: At 4 p.m. eastern, the new league year begins, and with that free agency
March 29-April 1: Spring meetings in Palm Beach, Florida
April 6: Offseason workout program begins for teams that hired a new head coach
April 17: Deadline for restricted free agents to sign offer sheets
April 23-25: NFL Draft in Las Vegas, Nevada
April 27: Team may request permission to visit with, try out or sign players under contract with the XFL
May 1-4 or May 8-11: NFL rookie minicamp
