Cleveland, Ohio (92.3 The Fan) – The Browns officially activated receiver Antonio Callaway Monday afternoon and he is expected to return punts against the 49ers Monday night.

Because linebacker Willie Harvey was placed on injured reserve on Friday, a corresponding move was not required to activate Callaway, who served a four-game suspension for a substance abuse violation to begin the season.

Cleveland will be without their starting cornerbacks – Denzel Ward and Greedy Williams – for a third straight game with hamstring injuries suffered Sept. 20. Veterans T.J. Carrie and Terrance Mitchell will once again start in their place.

Safety Morgan Burnett, who had been sidelined the previous two weeks with a quadriceps injury, is active and will start.

Receiver Rashard Higgins is inactive for a fourth consecutive game after suffering a knee injury in a 43-13 Week 1 loss to the Titans.

Also inactive Monday night: safety Sheldrick Redwine, linebacker Genard Avery and receiver Taywan Taylor.
