Carman and Lima: Is it disrespectful that the Browns aren’t being picked as a playoff team?

Some recent playoff predictions by well respected outlets like Peter King's Football Morning in America and ESPN's FPI have the Browns not making the playoffs and Ken and Anthony debate why they are picked there when we have spent so many months assuming that the Browns were going to a surefire playoff team.
