LSU running back Derrius Guice arrives on the red carpet before the 2018 NFL Draft at AT&T Stadium

Berea, OH (92.3 The Fan) – The Cleveland Browns are in great position entering day 2 of the NFL Draft to address to more major needs – running back and left tackle.

Because the New York Giants, who selected Penn State running back Saquon Barkley second overall, have the 34th pick, general manager John Dorsey can wait until No. 35 to take his rusher and there’s a good possibility he could address left tackle at 33.

Texas tackle Connor Williams, listed at 6-5, 315 pounds and Oklahoma tackle Orlando Brown Jr., listed at 6-8, 345 pounds are the 2 biggest names on the board, but Brown has an awful combine and pre-draft buildup which could drop him down late in the second round or even third round.

Dorsey has a smorgasbord of runners to pick from.

LSU’s Derrius Guice: 5-11, 218 – 3 seasons, 3,074 yards, 6.5 average, 29 touchdowns, 32 catches, 250 yards and 3 touchdowns. He totaled 3,324 yards and 32 TDs.

USC’s Ronald Jones II: 6-0, 200 – 3 seasons, 3,619 yards, 6.1 average, 39 touchdowns, 32 catches, 302 yards and 3 touchdowns. He totaled 3,921 yards and 42 TDs.

Auburn’s Kerryon Johnson: 5-11, 212 – 3 seasons, 2,494 yards, 4.8 average, 32 touchdowns, 55 catches, 478 yards and 2 touchdowns. He totaled 2,972 yards and 34 TDs.

Georgia RB Nick Chubb: 5-10, 225 – 4 seasons, 4,769, 6.3 average, 44 touchdowns, 31 catches, 361 and 4 touchdowns. He totaled 5,120 and 48 TDs.

In addition to picks 33 and 35, the Browns also have No. 64, acquired from Philadelphia in the 2016 Carson Wentz pre-draft trade.
