CLEVELAND, OH — Zach Lavine continued his dominance against the Cavaliers on Saturday night, dominating in all facets of the game and helping the Bulls pickup a 118-106 win over the home team.
Cleveland got off to a hot start, but Lavine had Jordan-like stretches for Chicago. He finished with 44 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists.
The Bulls outscored the Cavaliers 40-19 in the third quarter to break the game wide open. The Cavs trailed by as many as 24 points in the second half. They battled back in the fourth quarter and cut the lead to nine. They didn’t get any closer, as Lavine and company always seemed to score when the momentum began to turn.
Cleveland led by as many as 11 points in the first half. The Cavs had eight turnovers in the third quarter and 20 in the game.
Kevin Love led the Cavaliers with 20 points and 1 rebounds. Five Cavs players scored 13 or more points. Larry Nance Jr. had 15 points, 11 rebounds and four assists off the bench. Collin Sexton finished with 18 points.
The Cavaliers have lost seven straight games. They fall to 12-34 on the season.
Good Cause
Cedi Osman said he would donate $200 for every 3-point shot made by the Cavaliers and the Bulls on Saturday night. The Turkey native scored 18 points and made two 3-pointers. The money will go towards helping the earthquake victims in Elazig, Turkey.

The two teams made 25 threes combined, which means Osman and Nance will donate $10,000 total to the victims.
An earthquake hit Elazig on Friday night. The reported death toll is 22, with 1,103 people injured.
New Head Coach
It may seem like an annual tradition for some, but new Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski was in attendance on Saturday night.
He was shown on the video board between the first and second quarters. He yelled “Go Cavs” and fans gave him plenty of applause.
