Chris Rose joined Andy and Jeff to discuss his sit-down with Baker Mayfield last week and where the team is at with two weeks left in the regular season. He said he was really impressed with Mayfield's confidence and how genuine he seems.
He also broke down the Broncos game and what it might mean long-term. Chris described the coaching search that will likely take place and he said he still doubts that Williams will be the long-term head coach, which does not at all diminish the job that Williams has done so far.
Rose also mentioned Kris Richard, Cowboys' defensive backs coach, as a guy who might be on the radar. Finally he discussed the Indians offseason.
