Berea, OH (92.3 The Fan) – While head coach Hue Jackson won’t reveal who will start at left guard and left tackle until after practice Friday, we may have gotten a major clue Thursday afternoon.

The Browns claimed defensive end Anthony Zettel off waivers from Detroit. Zettel, in his third season out of Penn State, had 6.5 sacks and started all 16 games for the Lions last season, but that's not the headliner.

To make room for the defensive lineman, backup center Aaron Neary was waived, which may reveal what is happening with the left side of the offensive line.

Neary was claimed Sunday off waivers from the LA Rams to replace Austin Reiter, who was waived, but now that Neary is gone, it appears that Austin Corbett will move into that role as the backup center and guard leaving the left side of the line to be Joel Bitonio at left guard and Desmond Harrison at left tackle.

Bitonio moved to left tackle during the ninth practice of training camp but Jackson opened the door for another change before the final preseason game against Detroit.

Harrison was signed this spring as an is an undrafted free agent. The 24-year old is the prototypical left tackle – officially listed at 6-foot-6 and 295 pounds. He started 9 of 10 games last season at West Georgia after transferring to Texas from Contra Costa Community College after the 2012 season.

The Browns selected Corbett 33rd overall in the draft and he is projected to become a starter as an interior lineman.
