Berea, OH (92.3 The Fan) – Almost daily receiver Josh Gordon posts a picture or video of him working out in Gainesville, Florida on one of his social media feeds.

He’s not with his teammates in Berea at training camp, and apparently he is not communicating with the team or team officials.

Gordon remains away from training camp for undisclosed reasons after announcing on July 23 he would not report to continue his addiction recovery path.

“I have not talked to Josh Gordon,” Browns general manager John Dorsey said in an exclusive interview with Bull and Fox on 92.3 The Fan Friday afternoon.

Dorsey continues to respect Gordon's privacy, which is why he's not said much on the matter since Gordon's announcement was made last month.

"I admire what he's doing here because he's taking care of the long-term interest of his person," Dorsey said. "When Josh gets here, I'm going to be excited to see him."

That remains the multimillion dollar question - will Gordon even rejoin the team?

“I told you all he would be here, and he will be here,” Dorsey said.

Gordon, who has played in 10 regular season games since the start of the 2014 season, was conditionally reinstated last November by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell following a 42-game ban from 2015-to Week 12 of the 2017 season.

In total, Gordon has served 56 games in suspensions - 55 for violations of the league's substance abuse policy and 1 for violation of team rules.

Upon his return last season Gordon finished with 18 catches for 335 yards and a touchdown in 5 games. For his career Gordon has totaled 179 catches for 3,089 yards and 15 TDs over 40 games.
