The agreement for Johnson is for one year and $3.5 million according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Natson, a former Akron Zip, gets one year and $1 million according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Johnson, who spent last season with the Bills, will likely fill the void at nickel vacated by T.J. Carrie, released earlier this offseason. He was originally drafted by the Texans in the first round of 2015 NFL Draft.
In five seasons Johnson has started 19 of the 51 games he’s appeared in, playing a full 16-game season just twice. He’s totaled 164 tackles, 19 passes defensed, six tackles for loss, a fumble recovery, sack and quarterback hit.
Natson, an undrafted free agent signed by the Jets in 2017, ended 2019 on injured reserve due to a hamstring injury. Used primarily as a returner by the Rams the last two years, Natson averaged 9.5 yards on punt returns and 20.9 on kickoff returns in Los Angeles.
The Browns have yet to announce any of their free agency agreements.
Johnson and Natson are the sixth and seventh players to agree to come to Cleveland as free agents since the tampering window opened Monday afternoon.
