Cleveland, OH (92.3 The Fan) – Donald Stephenson’s career in Cleveland was short lived.
Four months after signing with the Browns, Stephenson retired and was was placed on the reserve/retired list by the club Friday.
The team signed the veteran offensive lineman, who skipped May's OTA's and the minicamp this past June, in March to a 1-year deal worth $2.5 million with $1 million guaranteed.
Last month the NFL announced that Stephenson would be suspended for the first 2 games of the 2018 season for violating the NFL’s policy and program for substances of abuse.
