Cleveland, OH (92.3 The Fan) – The Cavaliers have lost five-straight games and 17 of their last 18, but help is on the way. Larry Nance Jr. is expected to play tonight for the first time since spraining the MCL in his right knee on January 8.
“I get to play soon,” Nance said after Thursday's practice. “Life without basketball is boring. I’m just excited I get to be out here with my guys and help us fight.”
“I’ll be back soon. Kevin’s (Love) looking great – he’ll be back fairly soon. Tristan (Thompson), we saw what he was doing earlier this year and obviously what Big Z (Ante Zizic) is doing right now. I think we’re primed for a good second half.”
Nance is excited about the Cavaliers' potential when they finally get everyone back.

— James Rapien (@JamesRapien) January 24, 2019Kevin Love continues to progress. He was a full participant in Thursday's non-contact practice and worked out again today at shootaround. It's encouraging to see him active on back-to-back days, but head coach Larry Drew said there wasn't a timetable for his return.
Thursday was the first time Love practiced with the team. He's probably a few weeks away from returning to the lineup. The organzation doesn't want to rush him back, which makes sense considering how this season has gone.
One Last Dance – Dwyane Wade will play his final game at 'The Q' tonight. He averaged 11.2 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.5 assists in 46 games with the Cavaliers last season, before being traded to Miami. The future Hall of Famer had plenty of battles with LeBron James in Cleveland. Wade discussed them, his relationship with Cedi Osman and more in the video below:
