Cleveland, OH (92.3 The Fan) – The Cleveland Cavaliers injury bug continues as the wine and gold will remain without Larry Nance, Jr. for an extended period of time.

From the team with the latest on Nance:

Cavaliers forward Larry Nance Jr. is currently projected to miss 2-4 weeks with a right knee MCL sprain. Nance was injured in Tuesday night’s game at Quicken Loans Arena against the Indiana Pacers in the first quarter and did not return to action. Additional evaluation and an MRI today confirmed the sprain. He will now undergo a period of treatment and rehabilitation. His status will be updated as appropriate.

Talked to #Cavs Larry Nance Jr. last night in New Orleans. He said it was a non-contact injury to the same knee he had surgery on in college. However, he said he doesn’t believe it was same ACL injury. Told me last night he would know for sure in the next few days after an MRI.
