Cleveland, OH (92.3 The Fan) – Carlos Carrasco left Tuesday's game against Miami after the fourth inning with an apparent leg injury. He fell while covering first base on a Neil Walker groundout.
Carrasco, 32, was favoring his left leg after the fall. He was limping, but did finish the inning. His left knee was the first part of his body to hit the ground. Carrasco allowed two hits, finishing with four strikeouts. He retired the first nine hitters he faced.
