Robinson was downgraded to out and Randall did not make the trip the team said Saturday afternoon.
The reason Randall did not travel was “not injury related” and was “a coaching decision” the team said.
Randall was ejected in the third quarter of the Browns’ 21-7 win over Pittsburgh on Nov. 14 for a helmet to helmet hit on Steelers rookie receiver Diontae Johnson that left Johnson concussed and bleeding from his ear.
Robinson reported concussion symptoms and was placed in the protocol Wednesday. Justin McCray, who started when Robinson was benched prior to a 27-13 loss at New England on Oct. 27, is likely to start Sunday.
League rules require the Browns to announce updated statuses of players who are downgraded or who do not travel.
