Carman and Lima: Was Josh Gordon worth the supplemental draft pick?

Six years ago in the NFL's Supplemental Draft, the Cleveland Browns used a 2nd round pick to select WR Josh Gordon. Gordon had his share of off field problems in college but seemed to be on the right track with 1,646 receiving yards in 2013 but has missed considerable time since then with the team going 10-30 when he suits up and just 20-76 since picking him.  Ken Carman and Anthony Lima take all of this into consideration and debate if he was worth the pick in this podcast.
