The Editor-in-Chief of the Athletic Cleveland and 92.3 the Fan's own Jason Lloyd joined Ken Carman and Anthony Lima live from Brooklyn to talk about how the Cavs are feeling as they hit the home stretch, and who he would take for the Browns between Odell Beckham Jr. and Stephen Gostkowski.

Plus, Ken and Anthony asked Jason if the Cavs are paying attention to what is happening to LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers and Jason's answers are fascinating.

Ken Carman: Are they [the Cavs] paying attention to Lakers and their struggles?

Jason Lloyd: Oh, 100 percent yes. ... They are definitely paying attention to what's happening out there.

Ken Carman: Are they [the Cavs] enjoying it?

Jason Lloyd: I think various members of the organization certainly are, yes. 1,000 percent. I don't know if across the board everyone is, but there are pockets of people in the Cavs who I think are relishing what's going on in LA.

Ken Carman: How surprised are you that things have started to go south this badly for the L.A. Lakers?

Jason Lloyd: I'm surprised. I'm the one telling you guys all year they'll make the playoffs and no one will beat 'em. And I still think if they actually got there no one would beat them, outside the Warriors, because the playoffs are so different. But obviously that's not going to happen. This thing got off the tracks when (LeBron James) got hurt. I would've loved to see how the season would've gone had he stayed healthy. ... I thought they were starting to play well and put some things together. They beat the freakin' Warriors on Christmas Day. I just think this season would've gone a lot differently had he stayed healthy, but obviously the injury coupled with the (Anthony Davis) stuff just completely obliterated their season in a way that I did not see coming.

But I would by no means write off the Lakers in terms of, 'This was a disaster, this is over, he's going to ruin the last few years of his career.' Let's just wait and see what happens. (LeBron) is going to have a full offseason to rest and get healthy, and let's see what they do this summer if they can get someone there. Anyone who writes off LeBron, that's a foolish bet to make.
