Love, 30, had been ramping up his activity in recent weeks after having toe surgery in November. He practiced in full for the first time on January 31 and is feeling good enough to play.
“I definitely want to be out there with these guys, especially during the break, and then we have those six or seven days where we have to rev it back up again try to get back out there,” Love told Cavs.com after Friday's shootaround. “I’m hoping my foot responds well, but we won’t know until later tonight."

— Cleveland Cavaliers (@cavs) February 8, 2019Love will be on a minutes restriction, which is understandable considering he's been out for over three months. He says he's never had an injury quite like this one.
“I don’t think I’ve ever had this amount of time that I’ve missed consecutively, so in that way it’s a little bit different,” Love said. “Plus, when I did miss a lot of time, it was with my hand, so I was able to come back and practice quite a bit.
The Cavaliers signed the five-time All-Star to a four-year, $120 million contract extension last July. Love has only played in four games this season due to injury, averaging 19 points and 13.5 rebounds per game.
Kevin Love could return to the #Cavs tonight and is officially listed as “questionable.” The team took their time bringing him back. Here’s a video of him from practice yesterday: pic.twitter.com/svT1Bug056
