Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski joined Bull & Fox to talk about the focus of his first off season along with GM Andrew Berry.

Coach also talked about the additions to this team and the importance of character, the biggest keys in building an offense around Baker Mayfield, and his conversations with Odell Beckham Jr. about his role in this offense.

“It's very obvious to everybody, the skill set of Odell. [We are] really excited to put him in a scheme where I hope we're getting the most out of him, putting him in position to make big plays."

Stefanski also mentioned the power of Nick Chubb's presence, calling him "a cultural tone-setter. There's a way to lead without being a rah rah guy. His teammates are keenly aware of Nick Chubb when he's in the building."

The New head man also touched on the constant learning process of being a coach and his relationship with Berry.

“We're partners in this. We share in this thing. I respect the guy. He respects me. Working together, we have a chance to do something. Why make things harder on ourselves if we don't have to."
