Cleveland, OH (92.3 The Fan) – Cavaliers forward Larry Nance Jr. suffered a right knee injury in the first quarter of Tuesday's game against the Indiana Pacers and will not return.
Nance banged knees with Pacers for Thaddeus Young midway through the first quarter. He made one-of-two free throws before limping off the court. In the second quarter the team announced he wouldn't return.
The Cavaliers have dealt with injury issues all season long. Nance is averaging 9.1 points, 7.7 rebounds and 3.2 assist per game this season.
.@Larrydn22 took his free throws, but limped very gingerly back to the #Cavs locker room with trainer Steve Spiro. Updates to follow ....
