Our Browns beat reporter Daryl Ruiter joined Ken Carman and Anthony Lima to go over how the NFL's new CBA might affect the league and what the Browns could do as the legal tampering period in free agency begins at noon today.

Daryl gave his thoughts on the new CBA and how it affects how the Browns might spend this off season, if the Browns missed out by not trading for Jaguars DE Calais Campbell who the Ravens got for a 5th round pick, how the Coronavirus might affect the league conducting the draft at it's regularly scheduled time and place, if the players who voted on the new CBA earlier in the week should have been allowed to change their vote and who the Browns should/could target in free agency.
