He said even though there will be immense pressure on Dorsey and his front office to find the right guy, they have to identify the one they want and go with it. He says with Tyrod Taylor in tow they can take Josh Allen and then let him develop.
They also discussed grabbing a left tackle to replace Joe Thomas, including Notre Dame's Mike McGlinchey.
Last they hit on Hue Jackson and whether the new QB will be able to develop under the current staff.
