Cleveland, OH (92.3 The Fan) – Zion Williamson left 36 seconds into Wednesday night's game against North Carolina. The freshman phenom planted on his left foot, his shoe exploded and he injured his knee according to Duke.

He walked off under his own power, but won't return. Williamson entered the game averaging 22.4 points and 9.2 rebounds per game. He's expected to be the first overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.
