The Browns have acquired linebacker Dadi Nicolas from the Chiefs in exchange for tight end Randall Telfer. The team parts ways with their former 6th round pick in Telfer who started 19 games over the past two seasons.
The start to his tenure with the club didn't start great after suffering a foot injury that forced him to miss his rookie season. The USC product got 14 starts last year ending up with 5 catches for 40 yards.

— Cleveland Browns (@Browns) May 2, 2018Nicolas comes to the Browns from Kansas City after being a 6th round pick in the 2016 draft. The Virginia Tech product suffered a ruptured patella tendon that was surgically repaired last January. With that injury, he never saw the field last year.
John Dorsey was the GM with the Chiefs and initially drafted Nicolas giving him his first chance in the league.
