CLEVELAND, Ohio (92.3 The Fan) – The Cleveland Browns agreed to terms with Kansas City Chiefs free agent safety Juan Thornhill and 49ers defensive tackle Maurice Hurst Jr. Wednesday evening a league source confirmed to 92.3 The Fan.
Thornhill's agreement is for three years, $21 million with $14 million guaranteed according to NFL Network while Hurst agreed to a one-year contract.

Thornhill, selected in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft by Kansas City, is entering his fifth season and comes to Cleveland sporting two Super Bowl rings.
The Browns have agreed to add four players to date this offseason in free agency.
Defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson is on his way to Cleveland for four years and $57 million with $27.5 million guaranteed along with defensive end Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, who gets a three-year deal worth $19 million with $12.5 million in guarantees.
Thornhill started 52 of the 65 games he started for the Chiefs where he’s totaled eight interceptions – one returned for a touchdown as a rookie, 20 passes defensed, 234 combined tackles, five tackles for loss, four QB hits to go with a forced fumble, fumble recovery and a sack.
Last season Thornhill started 16 games, racked up 71 tackles – four for a loss, broke up nine passes and registered his first career sack.
Thornhill likely replaces John Johnson III, who was officially released Wednesday with a post-June 1 designation for salary cap savings purposes.
Hurst missed the 2022 season after being placed on injured reserve August 1 with a torn biceps.
Hurst was originally selected by the Raiders in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft and has started 17 of the 42 games he has appeared in over four seasons where he has totaled 78 tackles – nine for loss, 8.0 sacks, 17 QB hits, seven pass breakups, an interception and a fumble recovery.
