CLEVELAND, Ohio (92.3 The Fan) – Browns cornerback Troy Hill was released from a Boston-area hospital Sunday night and is scheduled to return to Cleveland Monday the team said.
Hill was diagnosed with a neck sprain.
Hill was tended to by medical personnel for several minutes before he was immobilized and placed on a stretcher for precautionary reasons.
The scary scene unfolded with just over 4 minutes remaining when Hill collided with Patriots receiver Jakobi Meyers, who scored on an 11-yard touchdown catch and run that made it a 45-7 game, while trying to make a tackle.
Shortly after Hill was taken by ambulance to a local hospital the team reported that Hill had movement in all of his extremities.
