Four Browns make NFL Network Top-100 list for 2021

CLEVELAND, Ohio (92.3 The Fan) – The votes have been counted and most of the list revealed.

The Browns have four players land on the annual NFL Network Top-100 list, as voted on by players around the league.

Receiver Jarvis Landry was the first to be revealed last week at No. 94 followed by quarterback Baker Mayfield, who landed at 71.

Landry, who appeared on the list for the sixth straight year, played through a broken rib last season and caught 72 passes for 840 yards and three touchdowns in 15 games.

Mayfield helped lead the Browns back to the playoffs, ending the league’s longest drought of 18 years with an 11-5 regular season finish. He completed 62.8% of his passes for 3,563 yards with 26 touchdowns and eight interceptions to register a career-high rating on 95.9.

Sunday running back Nick Chubb came in at 26 after being ranked 46th in 2020. Chubb racked up 1,067 yards and 12 touchdowns in only 12 games during the regular season.

Defensive end Myles Garrett was the highest ranked Brown coming in at 16 after being ranked 80th a year ago.

Before contracting COVID-19, Garrett was a candidate for Defensive Player of the Year before falling out of the running. Garrett finished with 12.0 sacks, registered 18 QB hits, had 10 tackles for loss and four forced fumbles.

The top-10 players will be revealed next Sunday.
