CLEVELAND, Ohio (92.3 The Fan) – Browns center JC Tretter is active and will start the season opener Sunday afternoon in Baltimore.
Tretter, who underwent a knee scope on August 13, returned to practice for the first time since on Monday and was limited throughout the week.
Rookie receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones and defensive end Joe Jackson are inactive.
Cornerback Greedy Williams (shoulder), linebacker Mack Wilson (knee), cornerback Kevin Johnson (lacerated liver) and offensive lineman Chris Hubbard (knee) were ruled out on Friday and inactive.
Rookie linebacker Jacob Phillips gets the start at WILL for Wilson and veteran Terrance Mitchell will start in place of Williams at cornerback.
