Baker Mayfield still isn't done winning awards for his time at Oklahoma.
Wednesday night at the annual ESPY Awards in Los Angeles, the Browns rookie quarterback won the ESPY for Best College Athlete to commemorate his final campaign at Oklahoma. Mayfield led the Sooners to the College Football Playoff, where they fell in double-OT to the Georgia Bulldogs, 54-48.
Mayfield threw for 4,627 yards and 43 touchdowns and won the Heisman Trophy. One of the most productive players in college football history, Mayfield also finished his career ranked second in FBS history in passing efficiency (175.4), fourth in touchdown passes (131) and fifth in total offense (15,690 yards).
Mayfield and his Browns teammates report for training camp next week.
