CLEVELAND, Ohio (92.3 The Fan) – With the wind howling and a mixture of rain and snow blowing, there were no surprises among the Browns inactives for Sunday’s game with the Raiders but there is one lineup change of significance.
Ronnie Harrison will start at safety.
Chris Hubbard continues to fill in at right guard for the injured Wyatt Teller and Harrison Bryant starts at tight end in place of Austin Hooper, who misses his second straight game following an appendectomy.
Linebacker Jacob Phillips was ruled out on Friday.
Safety Jovante Moffatt and defensive end Joe Jackson are the other two inactives for the Browns.
Running back Kareem Hunt will serve as this week’s game captain.
