Mike Fratello joins Baskin & Phelps (Jason Lloyd in for Baskin) to discuss the Cavs hiring of Kenny Atkinson. He talks about his experience working with Atkinson, his style of coaching, what it's like coaching a star player, and more.
“I thought he did a very, very good job in Brooklyn," Fratello said. "He’s going to work at it. He’s got a good basketball mind … he’s got tough shoes. J.B. did an outstanding job and we should be appreciative of what he did here. Kenny is stepping into those shoes now and hopefully they keep all the guys they want. He’ll bring something different to the table, maybe a little different style from JB, but the results will be the same. You’ll see a team that will play very hard and a team that is more prepared.”
