CLEVELAND, Ohio (92.3 The Fan) – The offseason of rebranding work at Progressive Field is nearly complete.
Thursday afternoon, the installation of the new Guardians sign atop the massive scoreboard in left field was completed.
The new sign, which measures 81 feet long and 21 feet high according to the team, is the same bright red as the previous Indians sign that adorned the big board. It features the slanted script Guardians surrounded by lightbulbs that can be illuminated following home runs and victories as has been tradition since the ballpark opened in 1994.

The Guardians will open the regular Season April 7 against the Royals in Kansas City. The home opener April 15 against the San Francisco Giants at 7:05.
