Orchard Park, NY (WGR 550) - The Buffalo Bills were looking to survive and advance to the AFC Championship in Baltimore, but, they ultimately fell short once again at the hands of the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Bills recieved the opening kickoff and after a few flags and slip ups to start, found their groove and began to march down the field. They put together a 14-play, 60-yard drive and put the first points on the board with Tyler Bass booting the ball through the upright for a field goal and a 3-0 Bills lead.

Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs offense took the field for their first drive and the Bills defense came up with a big stop to hold Kansas City to a field goal, kicked by Harrison Butker. This score tied the game 3-3 with just over four minutes left in the first quarter.

The Bills offense took the field once again and drove right down the field to put up seven more points to take the lead once again. The drive concluded with Josh Allen taking the ball into the end zone for a five yard touchdown run.

The Chiefs offense took the field for the second time in the contest, looking to answer back and tie the score. The Bills defense had different plans in mind. The Chiefs were driving deep into Bills territory and the Bills defense came up big, holding them to another field goal.

The Bills had their first punt of the game and set up the Chiefs on their own 35 yard line. The Chiefs capitalized on the punt by the Bills with Patrick Mahomes connecting with tight end, Travis Kelce, to obtain their first lead of the night.

The Bills offense jumped right back into action with time winding down in the first half and put together a 12-play, 75 yard, touchdown drive. Josh Allen did it once again with his legs with a 2-yard touchdown run.

The Chiefs got the ball to start the second half and marched right down the field to score with Travis Kelce, once again, scoring the touchdown.

The Bills offense knew they needed to answer back, which they did. They stuck to the run game and marched their way down the field and relied on Josh Allen to finish it out. Allen threaded the needle to wide receiver, Khalil Shakir, to take the lead once again.

In a fourth quarter full of defensive stops and fumbles into the end-zone the Chiefs took the lead with Isaiah Pacheco rushing for a four yard touchdown.

The Bills were putting a drive together when the Chiefs locked it down as Buffalo was approaching the end zone. They forced the Bills to try for a field goal and Tyler Bass missed it, wide right. The Chiefs kneeled out the game and advance to the AFC Championship.
