Jay Bilas: The transfer portal isn't going away, but if college athletes start to sign contracts with schools those will be legally binding for the students

Jay Bilas joined Baskin and Phelps to explain the details of the House ruling on compensation for college athletes and what it will mean for college sports and the NCAA moving forward. He talked about why he thinks the transfer portal is a good thing for athletes and how it will change with schools paying athletes, as well as both the upside and downside to the latest ruling.
