Letang will be replacing Jake Guentzel in the All-Star game, and Jarry will be the replacement for Columbus goaltender Joonas Korpisalo.

This will be Letang’s sixth career All-Star Game, and one for the record books. He surpasses Hall of Famer Paul Coffey for the most All-Star appearances by a Penguins defenseman.

While Letang will be setting Penguins All-Star records, Jarry is starting out his All-Star career. The 24-year-old goaltender, who leads the league in all major goaltending categories, will be making his first All-Star appearance.

The puck drops on All-Star Weekend January 24th at the St. Louis Blues Enterprise Center.
