One of the all-time great Philadelphia professional athletes Jason Kelce is finally retiring.

The Eagles' center was extremely emotional announcing the news during a press conference on Monday after 13 incredible seasons in the NFL all with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kelce went through a list of things during his career he will never forget.

Kelce, 36, was a sixth-round pick of the Eagles (No. 191 overall) in 2011 out of Cincinnati. The seven-time Pro Bowler, six-time first-team All-Pro and Super Bowl LII champion will undoubtedly be named to the Pro Football Hall Of Fame one day.

Kelce, a frequent guest on SportsRadio 94WIP and friend of the station, endeared himself to Philadelphia in numerous ways—none greater than his unforgettable Super Bowl parade speech.

In March of 2022, Kelce was a guest co-host for a full 94WIP Morning Show.

In the summer of 2023, Kelce competed against 94WIP's James Seltzer in a beer chugging contest at The Ocean Drive in Sea Isle.

Kelce is retiring while on an active streak of 157 straight regular season starts, the second biggest active streak in the NFL behind only Jake Matthews' 161.
