In six of the last eight games, the Browns offense has failed to score more than 17 points. In those games, Baker Mayfield is averaging 185 yards a game with six touchdowns against four interceptions. For the better part of the 2021 season, the Browns offense has seemed stagnant or even anemic at times. Cleveland has an opportunity to change their fortune over the next two games.
The Browns will face the Baltimore Ravens twice, starting Sunday night with a bye week squeezed in between. These two games will be pivotal to the Browns' playoff chances, but these games can be the perfect opportunity to revive the passing attack, according to Mary Kay Cabot. Mary Kay joined Baskin & Phelps and cited the fact that the Ravens have the 31st ranked pass defense, and if the Browns can get healthy at wide receiver and Mayfield can step up his play some, Cleveland can get the passing attack back on track.
