The young woman who died in the high-speed crash involving former Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III was identified Wednesday as 23-year-old Tina Tintor of Las Vegas.

Local media outlets began to piece together a picture of Tintor, widely described as a kind-hearted animal lover with ambitions of working in computer programming.
Near the site of the fatal crash, just a handful of blocks west of the Las Vegas strip, neighbors and friends left candles and balloons for Tintor, according to FOX 5 Vegas.
Tintor, like Ruggs, was on her way to her nearby home at the time of the early-morning crash. Records showed they lived only about a mile apart, reports said.
Tintor, who moved to the US as a child from her native Serbia, had spent the previous night hanging out with a friend, identified by FOX 5 as Bojana Filipovic. They had taken one of Tintor's family's pet dogs, Maxi, for a walk.
The dog also perished in the fiery crash.
"We always go to parks and walk her dogs, and just hang out and have a good time,” Filipovic told FOX. “And just think about our future. We were just talking about going to Serbia together. She was just about to get her citizenship and everything was going well."
Tintor dropped off her friend shortly before the fateful crash.
Filipovic said she was awoken the next morning by a panicked call from Tintor's mother.
She said she loved and will miss Tintor, whom she described as sympathetic and a straight shooter.
"She'd give you a shoulder to lean on, and she'll always slap sense into you if you do something wrong," Filipovic said at the roadside memorial.
"I love you very much. I wish I got to say goodbye, and I'll see you in the next life."
Details about Tintor's life were still relatively scarce. She was not thought to have been married or have children, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson said Tintor's family was "mourning their loss" and "mad" over the seemingly senseless crash.
