Scott Petrack of the Chronicle-Telegram joined Baskin & Phelps this morning and said the Browns offense is frustrating to watch and that frustration has been well earned. Petrak cited that the fan's and even players' frustration is primarily due to preseason expectations that the Browns have simply not lived up to. Petrak said the offense doesn't score enough points, and when it comes to their execution, nothing looks simple, and everything looks too hard.
