Scott Petrak joined Baskin and Phelps and shared all of his insight on whether or not the Browns will trade Myles Garrett after the post June 1st designation. He explained why he believes the Browns want to keep their future Hall of Famer, and what would have to happen in order for them to change their mind and trade Garrett.
