The New York Jets offensive line is quite a ways away from being a strength of their team, and the weather Thursday evening at MetLife Stadium is far from optimal.
Even still, it didn't take a football savant to come to the conclusion that Zach Wilson looked overmatched during the Jets Thursday Night Football matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
As Trevor Lawrence has started to look like a star, Wilson -- the No. 2 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft -- has increasingly flirted with the bust label. And social media let him have it as he struggled on the national stage to open up the Week 16 slate:
Think about how bad a young QB has to be for fans to boo the no. 2 pick in his second season because they would rather watch 37-year-old Joe Flacco.
