BREAKING: Grizzlies' Forward Justise Winslow Out For the Season with Hip Injury


The Memphis Grizzlies broke news Tuesday about an injury to Justise Winslow.

"During Monday’s practice, Justise Winslow fell after absorbing contact during an intra-squad scrimmage," the team made via a release. "Medical evaluation revealed a hip injury, which will cause him to miss the rest of the season.

"Winslow is expected to make a full recovery."

Rough news for the Grizz. @IAmJustise is out for the season after suffering a hip injury Monday.

Winslow played five seasons with the Miami Heat before joining the Grizzlies via trade. He only played in 11 games last season after suffering bone bruise in his lower back.
