What can be done about these Rangers bullpen blowups?

The Rangers briefly took a 7-6 lead over the D-Backs yesterday, but the bullpen allowed 6 unanswered runs to lose 12-7. Jose LeClerc was the main culprit in the meltdown. Can anything be done about the issue or do we have to hope for the best?
