The Memphis Grizzlies fell 126–119 to the San Antonio Spurs Tuesday night (12/2) in San Antonio, despite several standout efforts. Cam Spencer delivered a huge spark off the bench, leading Memphis with 21 points in just 22 minutes, knocking down timely shots to keep the game close.

Wednesday (12/3) Geoff Calkins discussed the game with Chris Herrington from the Daily Memphian on 92.9 FM ESPN.

Zach Edey continued his strong stretch of play, logging a team-high 30 minutes and posting a dominant double-double with 19 points and 15 rebounds. Memphis utilized its depth, playing 11 players as it searched for defensive rhythm against a sharp Spurs offense.

San Antonio was led by veteran Harrison Barnes, who caught fire and finished with 31 points, proving to be the difference-maker down the stretch as the Grizzlies struggled to get key stops in the final minutes.
