GG Jackson forced overtime with a 3-pointer, but it wasn't to be Monday night for the Memphis Grizzlies. The Miami Heat went on to win the 2024 Las Vegas NBA Summer League session 120-118 in overtime.
The Miami Heat were led Monday night (7/22) by Josh Christopher's 24 points and a double-double 21 points and 10 rebounds by Kel'el Ware.
Grizzlies forward Jake LaRavia had a game-high 32 points on the night. GG Jackson finished with 28 points while Scottie Pippen Jr. continued his amazing play with another double-double performance, 29 points and 11 assists vs. the Heat. Jackson and Pippen Jr. landed on the 2024 Las Vegas NBA Summer League 1st Team roster.
The Memphis Grizzlies will now prepare for training camp in September, followed by a preseason schedule starting on Sunday, October 8th at 7:00 p.m. vs the Indiana Pacers on 92.9 FM ESPN, Memphis' Flagship Home of the Grizzlies.
